Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Song Lyric Prints And Canvas. This document governs all returns and exchanges of Purple Heart Print LTD (“songlyricprintsandcanvas.co.uk”) (as defined below). If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we invite you to carefully review our Return and Refund Policy. Purple Heart Print LTD T/A Song Lyric Prints and Canvas reserves the right to modify this Return and Refund Policy in whole or in part at any time at its sole direction.

- “Customer” means end user customers that purchase directly from distributors or wholesalers.

- “Orders” refers to your requests to purchase a Product from us.

What’s Song Lyric Prints And Canvas Return and Refund Policy?
We accept returns on all non personalised, damaged & faulty items. You can return non personalised items purchased from Us within 14 days of the original purchase date, unless noted in our Return Policy Exceptions, and provided that they meet the following conditions:
- Product must be returned in its original packaging.
- Product isn't used or damaged, unless was faulty or damaged on receipt.
If 14 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
We do NOT offer returns or refunds on PERSONALISED/CUSTOMISED items unless the item was received damaged/faulty or with errors that were made by us.
- Returns: All returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of your order. If you are unhappy with you purchase you may return it to us for a refund. Please contact us at the earliest opportunity for how to return information.
- Non personalised products can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase. Once the item has been returned a confirmation email will be issued confirming receipt of the item and the requested alternative will be dispatched within 24 hours.
- Please note that personalised items do not qualify for refunds unless faulty.
- If your order has already been despatched, we cannot change your order. Please check your order confirmation email carefully to ensure your order is correct. You can return non personalised items, but no personalised items can be returned unless faulty.
- Damage: We accept responsibility for items that have been damaged in transit if proof of damage is supplied via photos. All items are packed/labelled to ensure that Royal Mail are made aware of the best way to handle them.
- Alternatives: If you order something which is out of stock we promise to let you know as soon as possible - we will await your instructions as to whether you would like an alternative product or a refund of that item.
- Dispatch: All of the products on our website are dispatched from the UK via Royal Mail or DPD. If Royal Mail or DPD are unable to deliver your item a card will be left with collection instructions. If the item is not collected and is returned to us, the customer is responsible for paying the full postage amount for the item to be redelivered. If a refund is requested the full cost of postage will be deducted.
- Privacy: We promise not to share you information with anyone else - no third parties or marketing companies whatsoever.
- Refunds/cancellations: You must cancel before the item is dispatched to receive a full immediate refund. If the item has been dispatched you will need to return it for a refund. We will not accept returns for personalised goods.
- Our Right To Cancel We reserve the right to cancel any orders before they have been dispatched for any reason, including but not limited to issues with our website that resulted in pricing errors, lack of availability, issues with sourcing stock, on receipt of abusive or threatening messages from the customer or for any other reason not listed here. If we cancel your order you will be refunded in full.

Please ship the item(s) back to Us. You are responsible for the cost and risk associated with shipping the returned item(s) so make sure you use a reliable shipping company. Ship the item you wish to return to the following address:

- Inspection & Refund
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. If you requested an exchange, we’ll ship the replacement item to your address within 24 hours of processing your return.
